Clive Waldron - BTL

Clive has a very broad commercial background having held senior Finance Director and Managing Director roles in a large UK based group.

He has established a very broad experience in managing the sale of businesses having sold a large number in varying sectors and with selling prices ranging from £100,000 to £100m.

Recently, in conjunction with his p4d colleagues, he has concentrated on dental practice sales and together they have developed a detailed sale process which practices4dentists believes provides the most comprehensive and best possible support and advice to dentists who wish to sell their practice.

Although currently concentrating on dental practice sales, practices4dentists have the necessary experience to efficiently handle business sales in any business sector.

   

Dr Geoff Hind BDS LDS Rcs

Geoff Hind - BTL

Geoff Hind qualified as a Dental Surgeon in 1964 and served as an officer in the Royal Air Force until 1969.

For the next 25 years he owned and operated several highly successful dental practices including the well known Painswick House in Cheltenham as well as holding a senior academic position in the Dental Faculty of Birmingham University. He has also held directorships in the commercial world including ownership of a successful classic car sales and restoration enterprise.

Geoff also has a wealth of business experience both in the commercial and professional sectors and particularly in relation to the latter, brings to practices4dentists an ethical ethos born of a lifetime working as a professionally qualified individual.

   

Ray Cox

Ray Cox - BTL

Ray has been well known in dental circles for over 30 years having been a leading figure in bringing the concept of practice and  equipment financing to the dental market. In this very specialised sector he has held senior management positions in both private and large corporate finance companies and from 1996 to 2004 owned and operated his own successful finance brokerage.

In addition to his key involvement in practices4dentists, Ray currently holds Directorships in a leading Dental Finance Company and a specialist Independent Financial Advisers.

His widespread financial contacts, experience of the lending markets and intimate knowledge of the dental profession make him a primary asset within the practices4dentists organisation.
